Starting the day with a nutritious breakfast is important for everyone — especially for growing babies. This 7-day breakfast planner is designed for babies aged 6 months and older, offering gentle, balanced meals that support healthy development and introduce a variety of flavors and textures. Each recipe is simple to prepare, easy to digest, and filled with natural goodness to help your little one build healthy eating habits from the very beginning.

Day 1: Pumpkin Millet Porridge + Fruit Puree 

Main Dish: Cook millet and pumpkin together until soft and smooth. Rich in beta-carotene and dietary fiber.

Side: Mashed banana helps with digestion and is rich in potassium.

Age Tip: Suitable for babies 6 months and older starting solid foods.

How to make:Soak 2 tbsp millet for 2–3 hours.Steam or boil 1/4 cup diced pumpkin until soft.Cook millet and pumpkin together in water until very soft, then blend into a smooth porridge.
